This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect. In this role, you will lead a high-performance technical development team dedicated to delivering enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. Your expertise will shape the technical architecture and influence impactful decision making within the project. This is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to the client's projects from the comfort of your remote workspace. You will work closely with various stakeholders, driving key initiatives that elevate client services and outcomes.
Accountabilities- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Field Service implementations, including architecture design across Work Orders, Assets, Scheduling, Mobility, Inventory, and Technician Enablement.
- Architect scalable, API driven integrations between Salesforce and ERP, billing, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, asset systems, and middleware platforms.
- Define and govern technical architecture standards, including clean core principles and DevOps strategy.
- Drive pre sales solutioning: lead RFP responses, architecture design, effort estimation, and client presentations.
- Provide strategic advisory to clients on Field Service operating models and enterprise service transformation roadmaps.
- Lead and mentor distributed development and integration teams, establishing code quality standards.
- Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues across integrations and performance optimization.
- Develop reusable accelerators and solution frameworks to strengthen delivery efficiency.
- Overall experience of 10+ years with a minimum of 4 years as a Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce implementations.
- 5+ years of Apex programming, triggers, and controllers.
- 3+ years of Lightning Aura Component or LWC programming.
- Proven 2+ years of development team leadership experience.
- Experience estimating RFP/pursuits and documenting assumptions.
- Strong experience developing components using Lightning Framework.
- Solid experience using standard Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming).
- Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience using Salesforce data tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce SDLC.
