Job DescriptionAs Sales Administrator, you will:
- Manage and process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation and reporting.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database system.
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the supply chain team as needed.
- Contribute to the improvement of sales processes and administrative systems.
A successful Remote Sales Administrator should have:
- Previous experience in a sales support role, with experience in import, export and logistics.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
