Remote SaaS Support Analyst - Zendesk & Client Solutions

PageUp is seeking a Support Analyst to join our team, providing expert helpdesk support for our bespoke Applicant Tracking Software and Recruitment Marketing SaaS products. The role is remote with occasional time in our London office, with structured shifts to cover client needs and a focus on delivering reliable solutions.

Ideal candidates will have Zendesk experience or familiarity with other ticketing systems, a passion for IT, and strong communication skills to ensure excellent client
