Remote SaaS Customer Success Manager: Growth & Retention

Corriculo is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a growing SaaS events technology business. You will own the customer journey from onboarding through expansion, managing a portfolio of around 20 clients in a fast-moving environment.

You will partner with sales, product and operations, travel to visit clients, and drive KPI metrics such as NPS, retention and expansion revenue to shape the service and client experience.
