REMOTE ROLE: Operations & Support Lead (German speaking)

We are currently looking for an experienced T3 Operations & Support Lead.

• Lead T3 operations in a cloud-native environment (Kubernetes)
• Define and manage ITIL processes (incident, change, release)
• Ensure operational readiness and platform stability
• Coordinate escalations and drive reliability improvements

Requirements:

• 10+ years in IT operations/service delivery
• Strong experience with ITIL and production environments
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and automation (Terraform, ArgoCD, Helm)
• Experience with Jira/Confluence/JSM
• English and German (C1 mandatory)
