Remote Retail Compliance & Operations Manager

Protyre Autocare is seeking a methodical Retail Operations & Compliance Manager to strengthen governance across Autocentres, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations while enabling front-line teams to focus on customer experience and commercial delivery.

The role reports to the Head of Retail Operations and requires NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and a UK driving licence, with a remote-first setup and a North East Central office base to be assigned.
