Role & Responsibilities

• Legal review and vetting of builder and developer documents

• Identifying potential risks related to fraud, forgery, or misrepresentation

• Examining contracts, approvals, RERA documentation, and property records

• Assisting in the drafting of red-flag reports and legal advisory notes
