Remote Rapid-Response Customer Support Specialist

Seetec Group is recruiting for a Customer Support Adviser to join our Rapid Response Team. You will engage with Restart Scheme participants to re-engage attendance, resolve barriers, and support progression into employment.

Based remotely or from an Exeter hub, you will handle a high caseload, ensure compliance in all processes, and administer VEX vouchers while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
