Remote Portuguese-Brazilian Luxury Customer Advisor

Ventrica is seeking a customer service professional to support Puig, a luxury fashion, fragrance and beauty brand, in a fully remote UK role. You will handle inquiries across phone, social media, web chat and email, provide product advice, manage returns and order tracking, and uphold brand standards on every interaction.

This fixed-term contract runs until 17 January 2027 with a start date 4 November 2026, 40 hours per week, 14:00-23:00, UK-based.
