Remote Platform & DevOps Engineering Manager

Gravitas Group seeks an Engineering Manager - Platform & DevOps to lead a greenfield Platform/DevOps initiative across Europe. You will balance coding, architecture design and team growth while reporting to the Head of Engineering.

You'll own CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, observability and developer experience, driving security, NFRs and scalable reliability for enterprise-grade projects.
