Remote Payroll Specialist - Flexible Hours

Beyond Retail is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own and deliver a precise monthly payroll process within the People & Culture Team. You will ensure outputs are financially accurate, reconciled, and suitable for Finance review, acting as a bridge between P&C and Finance.

The role involves supporting with payroll software reviews and process improvements, and collaborating with Head of P&C and Financial Controller on payroll projects.
