Remote Part-Time IP & Legal Director (Medical Devices)

Dawn Ellmore Employment Agency is recruiting on behalf of a leading medical devices company for a part-time Legal & IP Director. The role can be worked remotely with occasional office attendance and requires UK or US Patent Attorney qualification with 7+ years PQE, based in UK or Ireland.

The Director will shape end-to-end IP strategy, draft and prosecute patents, and draft/negotiate key agreements while liaising with external counsel and internal teams to drive legal and IP operations forward.
