Remote Outreach Worker: Homelessness & Substance Misuse

Morgan Hunt is recruiting an Outreach Worker to support people experiencing homelessness and substance misuse across London. This is a fully remote/community-based role with no fixed office base, requiring travel to meet clients face-to-face across all 33 boroughs and attend multi-agency meetings.

You will provide psychosocial support, use motivational interviewing and trauma-informed approaches, manage a caseload, complete assessments and ensure safeguarding.
