Remote Out-of-Hours Customer Service Rep - Part Time

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is recruiting several Customer Service Representatives to join our out-of-hours team. The role focuses on delivering high quality service in a fast-paced, multi channel environment during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

You will work 18 hours per week on a part-time basis, with full training and equipment provided to enable home working. The post offers pro rata annual leave of 22 days and a friendly, inclusive Directorate of Corporate Services.
