Remote Night Breakdown Claims Specialist

PIB Group's Jigsaw Insurance is seeking a Nights Breakdown Claims Handler to join their remote motor claims team. You will be the first point of contact for customers needing to claim after breakdowns or incidents, providing empathetic guidance and practical support.

You will liaise with a nationwide network of recovery agents and other departments, delivering high levels of customer service while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
