Remote Membership Renewals Advisor

HRS Talent Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Adviser to handle Membership Renewals remotely. You answer renewal questions, guide customers through approved steps and keep records accurate and up to date.

No prior membership-sector experience is required; training will cover product, records and response examples. The role offers either full-time or part-time hours with pro rata pay for part-time work.
