Remote Managing Director, Development & Fundraising

PeerForward, a nonprofit focused on college access, seeks a seasoned fundraising leader to serve as Managing Director of Development. You will shape and drive a $4-6 million annual fundraising program, building durable relationships with national foundations, corporate partners, and major donors.

Working with the CEO and Board, you will lead a lean development team, optimize Salesforce-based pipelines, and ensure compelling, timely submissions.
