Remote Manager, Customer Success: Lead Growth & Retention

Jobgether partners to fill a fully remote Manager, Customer Success Managers role based in Ireland. You will lead 4-6 CSMs across EMEA and APAC, coaching renewals, reducing churn, and expanding accounts while collaborating with Sales, Support, and Product to remove barriers and improve processes.

The ideal candidate brings 5-8 years in Customer Success with 1-2 years in management, strong forecasting skills, and excellent communication across time zones.
