Remote Locum ASC Lawyer - DOLs, COP & Ordinary Residence

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer in Swindon on an umbrella rate of £60-65 per hour. The assignment is initially for 3 months with potential rolling extensions and allows remote working and a flexible pattern.

The role involves advising on DOLs, Ordinary Residence, COP issues, and related policy matters for the client department, with support from our Manchester office if needed.
