Remote Legal Counsel: Tech Contracts & Compliance

Masabi, a leader in fare payment technology, is seeking a Legal Counsel to shape terms on major tenders and negotiate complex technology contracts. You'll work with the General Counsel and senior executives across UK and North America, handling data protection, IP/licensing, and cross-jurisdictional issues.

You'll draft, negotiate, and close deals spanning SaaS, licensing, services, and partnerships, advising on risk and regulatory matters while collaborating with the CEO, CFO and CPO.
