Remote Lead Tutor & Assessor - Apprenticeships

LXP Talent in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead Tutor to supervise apprenticeship tutors delivering programmes across England. You will coach 8-10 tutors, support 8 apprenticeship learners, and help them exceed KPIs, quality and compliance targets.

You will oversee Business Administration, Customer Service and Team Leading delivery, requiring assessor qualifications (CAVA/A1/D32/33) and a Level 3 business administration qualification, plus familiarity with Ofsted and ESFA audits.
