Remote Lead Machine Learning Scientist - Search & Personalization

Monzo in the UK is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Scientist to build and deploy scalable ML models that help customers search for and understand their financial lives. You'll be a technical leader on a cloud-native data platform serving billions of rows of data, balancing speed, accuracy and business impact.

You'll work with Python, SQL and Go, apply embeddings, contextual bandits and ranking algorithms, and develop explainable AI that improves trust and the customer experience.
