Remote Japanese Customer Service Agent

Tachibana Enterprises, LLC (TE) seeks a remote client services representative to handle phone inquiries and provide information to clients. You will book and sell tours and related products by telephone or online, assist customers, and manage messages and reservations with accuracy.

The role requires at least 1 year experience in a call center or customer service environment and fluency in English and Japanese.
