Remote Incident Commander - Fintech ITIL & SOC Audits

Doist is seeking an experienced Incident Commander to lead major outages and manage end-to-end Incident & Problem Management in a FinTech-focused operations team. You will drive RCA, enforce SLAs, and ensure operational readiness through automation, DR, and BCP.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Risk, and Compliance to support SOC Type 1/2 audits and regulatory examinations, delivering audit-ready documentation and continuous improvement.
