Remote HR Partner - Regional Leadership & Change

EMED Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Senior Leadership Team. This remote role includes national travel and regional base considerations in the Midlands/North. You will advise leaders, develop management capability and embed accountability to improve performance and culture.

You will influence workforce strategy, lead people initiatives and support growth, engagement and service excellence across the region.
