Remote HR Lead - Build Talent & Culture in Games

Lever, Inc. in Ireland is seeking a hands-on HR Lead for a fully remote, cross-disciplinary game development environment. You will own the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and recruitment through onboarding, employee relations, development, and offboarding.

You will partner with leaders to attract and retain top talent and build scalable, structured processes. You will design and implement onboarding, HR operations, and compensation programs.
