Remote HR Apprenticeship Programme Manager

BPP Holdings invites applications for a Full-time, permanent role managing HR Apprenticeship Programmes. You will line manage HR coaches, oversee quality assurance of coaching and assessment, and guide EPA strategy.

Travel is required for client meetings and conferences; largely home based. You will ensure first day learning evidence, deliver induction and EPA webinars, and work with Client Services and Relationship Managers to support learners and high risk cases.
