Remote HR Advisor: Complex ER & Policy

Darlington Borough Council is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the small HR Advisory team, providing high-quality HR advice across all Council services.

This role combines remote work from home with attendance at the Town Hall or other Council buildings when required. The successful candidate will manage complex employee relations, contribute to policy development, and build strong stakeholder relationships within a busy public sector environment.
