Remote Head of Design & Pre-Construction

JLL is seeking a Head of Design to provide strategic leadership across its project services portfolio. You will shape design strategy, standards, and governance, guiding teams through complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will champion client-focused design solutions, lead organizational development, and drive digital delivery-leveraging BIM and related tools to ensure delivery excellence on remote London-based initiatives.
