Remote Hands-On Technical Success Manager

EXADS is seeking a Technical Success Manager to bridge technology and client success. You will tackle complex technical issues, investigate data discrepancies, and communicate clearly with clients and engineering teams.

You'll own problems end-to-end in a start-up style environment with limited playbooks, drawing on your experience before involving engineering. You'll mentor teammates, help set up new client platforms, and contribute to improving client-facing documentation.
