Remote Fractional CFO for Energy Scale-Up (3 days/wk)

tem, a next-gen energy transactions company, seeks a Fractional CFO for a 6 month remote engagement from the UK. You will own capital strategy, investor relations, and finance operations across cross-border expansion, including US entity readiness and audit preparation.

The role requires CFO experience at a venture-backed scale up, hands-on leadership of ERP systems, and the ability to start quickly. You will report to the CEO and work three days per week during the interim period.
