Remote-First Global People & Operations Specialist

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Operations & Logistics Specialist based in Ireland to manage hands-on people operations, payroll, finance admin, travel, events, and internal systems in a remote-first, internationally distributed environment.

You will own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, coordinate payroll processes, manage contractor invoices, and drive process improvements and automation to scale operations across borders.
