ElevenLabs is seeking a builder to define the world class enablement function at scale. You will own the strategy behind turning every rep across regions into top performers, deciding where to invest enablement time, and how to verticalize training by segment and geography.

You'll lead a global enablement team covering onboarding, technical and product enablement, and outbound enablement, with AI-driven automations and a system of measurement to prove impact on pipeline and revenue.
