Remote-First EMEA BDR - Build Pipeline, Grow into AE

Ashby is looking for a founding BDR member for their EMEA team based in Dublin to drive outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate will engage high-quality prospects, collaborate closely with senior AEs, and refine outbound strategies. Strong communication skills and a desire to grow into an AE role are required. A generous compensation package between €55,250 and €90,000 is offered, alongside unlimited PTO and a remote-first culture.
