Remote-First Associate Director, Digital Transformation

Trust In SODA is seeking an Associate Director to join the senior leadership team in the Digital practice. You will lead high-profile digital and data transformation initiatives across the UK, shaping platform scaling, and building strategic partnerships with government, healthcare bodies, and philanthropic partners.

The role requires navigating political, technical, and commercial ecosystems, with remote-first flexibility (1 day a month in London) and hybrid working.
