Remote F&A Service Delivery Lead (UK)

EXL is building a finance and accounting delivery capability in the UK to support a global client in entertainment and consumer products. You will own day-to-day delivery of order-to-cash and revenue accounting, leading a UK-based delivery team and serving as the client's sole operational contact.

The role is hands-on delivery leadership, with six-month deep-dive work on SOPs, knowledge transfer, and establishing a robust quality and reporting framework from scratch.
