Remote Europe Program Manager, Democracy Capacity Building

A global participatory democracy organization is seeking a Program Manager for Europe to manage programs enhancing democratic participation across the continent. You will oversee EU-funded projects, engage diverse stakeholders, and design learning resources aimed at empowering communities. Candidates should possess at least three years of project management experience, a commitment to participatory democracy, and the ability to collaborate across cultures. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside in the EU. Salary ranges from €60,000 to €70,000 annually.
