Remote EMEA Customer Success Manager - Renewals & Growth

Notabene is seeking a senior Customer Success professional to own the post-sales journey across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, guiding onboarding, adoption, and renewals for crypto, fintech and regtech clients.

You will manage renewals and upsells, coordinate with customer integration teams on API documentation and test calls, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure customer success and growth.
