Remote Director of GRC & Enterprise Risk

MastarRec is recruiting a Director of Governance Risk & Compliance for a fully remote role. You will lead enterprise GRC programs, ensuring regulatory readiness, risk governance and operational compliance across the organization.

Reporting to the CISO or CRO, you will oversee third-party risk, coordinate internal audits and deliver executive risk posture reports. The ideal candidate has 8-12 years in GRC leadership and experience in fintech, SaaS, or regulated tech.
