Remote Director of Business Operations & Transformation

Inspired Optimisation seeks a Director of Business Operations to translate strategy into an executable operating plan. You will drive revenue visibility, margins and capacity while leading transformation programs across core functions.

Working with the MD, CFO and directors, you will own the transformation roadmap, governance and quarterly cadence, delivering a scalable operating model and integrated performance scorecards. This is a homebased role with occasional travel.
