Job Description

BURST Oral Care is seeking a Director of Customer Lifecycle & Growth to build an AI-enabled lifecycle program powering growth across D2C and Ambassador ecosystem. This role goes beyond CRM, shaping customer experiences from first purchase through loyalty and advocacy.

You will own how customers engage across email, SMS, push, web, support, and future channels, and lead BURST Brain, our customer intelligence engine, to drive personalized experiences.
