Job Description

Output Sports seeks a Digital Growth Manager to own inbound revenue growth for the Ireland/UK market, with remote or hybrid work options. You will drive qualified traffic and improve the conversion from website visit to demo submission, then to sales conversations and pipeline.

You will lead CRO, analytics, and reporting using Webflow, HubSpot and GA4 to optimise every step of the inbound journey. A strong track record in B2B inbound growth is essential.
