Job Description

Hack The Box is seeking a Digital Customer Success Manager to design scalable onboarding, activation, and adoption flows guided by data and content strategies. You will help hundreds of customers through activation, product adoption, and renewal by focusing on systems, content, and insights.

The role collaborates with Product, Growth Marketing, Analytics, RevOps, and Support to drive product adoption at scale, monitor health signals, and coordinate renewal opportunities.
