Remote D365 CE Contact Center: Functional & Tech Consultant

You will blend functional consulting with technical delivery to implement and optimise customer service processes.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring D365 CE, integrating telephony, and enabling CCAI and IVR/IDR solutions.
