Remote Customer Support Executive - EU/UK (6-month FTC)

Nivoda, the global B2B diamond marketplace, is seeking a Customer Support Executive to ensure a seamless journey for customers across live chat, WhatsApp and email. You will own inquiries related to logistics, orders, and website issues, acting as the voice of the customer inside the company.
