Remote Customer Service Advisor - Pet Insurance

Agria Pet Insurance Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries with professionalism, and working to service levels for inbound/outbound calls.

This is a remote role with a two-week in-office induction upon start, accommodation provided. The role is full-time (36 hours/week) Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00, with 1 Saturday in 4, 9:00-13:00.
