Remote Customer Service Advisor - Onboarding and Support

BCA is recruiting for AutosOnShow to join the UK's largest B2B used vehicle service team. The role focuses on delivering first-rate customer support by phone and email, triaging issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve them.

You will assist an Account Management group to ensure a top-tier onboarding and ongoing support experience. Candidates should have around two years in customer service, excellent communication, and solid IT skills.
