Remote Customer Service Advisor - Inbound Support

Search Consultancy is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work remotely in Scotland on an ongoing contract with potential extension and permanent opportunities. Start date is 7th September and full training plus equipment provided; you need wifi and a quiet workspace at home.

Role involves 37-40 hours per week across shifts 8am-8pm weekdays and 8am-6pm weekends. Inbound maintenance and emergency calls, tickets, payments, and complaint handling are key duties.
