Remote Customer Experience Agent - Fintech Support

Curve, recently acquired by Lloyds Banking Group, is hiring Customer Experience Agents to support customers across channels while shaping Curve products. This remote-first role is aligned to hub locations in Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds or Birmingham with occasional in-person collaboration and a weekly on-call shift.

You will resolve issues, capture feedback, stay updated on product features, and contribute to a fast-paced team delivering outstanding customer experiences.
