Remote Corporate Development & Land Investments Manager

Rubix is seeking a Manager, Corporate Development to lead financial modelling and due diligence for land acquisitions and strategic investments in AI data center infrastructure. You will own deal models, build business cases, and drive investment narratives for leadership and investors.

You will work closely with Land Acquisition, Legal, Tax and Advisors, and may build and lead a small analytics team as deal volume grows. This role offers broad exposure across the Rubix portfolio.
